SINGAPORE - A new Executive Condominium (EC) housing site at Upper Serangoon View will be released for application under the Reserve List of the First-Half 2011 Government Land Sales Programme on June 1 this year.
Under the Reserve List System, developers who are interested in purchasing the land can submit their applications indicating the minimum offer price to HDB.

It will be located close to the Hougang MRT Station and Hougang Bus Interchange, and near shopping malls such as Hougang Plaza, Hougang Mall and Kang Kar Mall.
It will also be near schools like the Holy Innocents’ Primary and Secondary schools, Paya Lebar Methodist Girls’ Primary and Secondary schools, as well as Serangoon Junior College.

- You must be at least 21 years old at the time of application
- You must form a proper family nucleus
- Your family nucleus must comprise at least two Singapore citizens, or one Singapore citizen and one Singapore Permanent Resident
- Gross monthly household income must not exceed SGD$12,000.00
- You, your spouse, any occupiers listed in the Application Form or spouses must not own or dispose or have an estate or interest in any other flat, house, building or land within 30 months from the date of application and between the application date and the date of taking possession of the EC unit
